What does this represent?

The sextant is a navigation tool that has been used for centuries. Living on a remote island and being on the water so often, it was a natural choice when choosing a representation of my coaching philosophy.

 

Be brave and daring in your thinking. Together we have a way to get our bearings while we navigate the seas of what could be. Coaching is a process that has been shown to work. Do your best to trust the process. I will honour this process by holding you creative, resourceful and whole.
